　　The telescope is fixedly connected to a vertical disk and mounted on a bracket of the instrument.This part is called the aiming part of the instrument,which belongs to the upper part of the instrument.The telescope together with the vertical disk can rotate around the horizontal axis in a vertical plane.The collimation axis of the telescope should be orthogonal to the horizontal axis,and the horizontal axis should pass through the center of the water disk.The digital axis of the aiming part(the rotation axis of the aiming part)is inserted into the shaft sleeve of the instrument base,and the aiming part can rotate horizontally.
