　　——Surveying and mapping navigation technology and equipment system have achieved leapfrog development.Autonomous satellite navigation and positioning systems have played a significant role in combat readiness construction,troop training,and diverse military tasks,and are developing from a regional system to a global system.The establishment and dissemination of military standard time provides a unified time benchmark for joint operations of land,sea,air,and space integration.

　　——The construction of battlefield mapping information has achieved fruitful results.It has provided the entire military with geographical information with unified spatial benchmarks,completed basic surveying and mapping tasks for China's marine territory,and compiled a new generation of aerial maps.We have produced thematic mapping products for artillery,land navigation,and other purposes.Military geography,military information,and geographical environment simulation results have gradually improved.

　　——The surveying and mapping support mechanism for joint operations has been continuously improved.Successfully organized integrated surveying and mapping support exercises and training for joint operations,explored the integrated surveying and mapping navigation support mechanism for joint operations,and innovated the surveying and mapping navigation support mode under information technology conditions.Significant achievements have been made in the mobilization of national defense surveying and mapping and the construction of military civilian cooperation mechanisms.A mechanism for the release of military surveying and mapping information has been established,and the mechanism for sharing surveying and mapping information resources has been continuously improved.We have successfully completed a series of peace mission exercises,Wenchuan earthquake relief,Olympic security,the 60th National Day parade,naval escort,international peacekeeping and other surveying and mapping support tasks.

　　In the new phase of the new century,our military surveying and mapping navigation will accelerate the construction of a positioning,navigation,and time service infrastructure with the Beidou system as the core,the Sichuan RTK Surveyor's earth surveying and mapping exploration system with space-based information systems as the backbone,the surveying and mapping information service system that integrates surveying and mapping information processing,storage,and network services,and the surveying and mapping navigation application support technology and equipment system based on the information infrastructure shared by the entire military,Strive to achieve continuous refinement of spatiotemporal benchmarks,more advanced technical means,greatly enriched information resources,and fast and efficient service assurance.
